The main goal of the work is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the conditions, the realization of which will contribute to the formation of emotional-volitional components of the cadets. The main tasks of the work is to find out the essence, content and structure of the emotional-volitional culture of cadets based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature; determine the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of emotional-volitional culture among students; develop guidelines for the formation of emotional-volitional culture among students. Research methods - the study, analysis, comparison of the scientific ideas of different authors in order to clarify the state of the problem under investigation, the definition of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the study; observations, interviews, questioning, testing - to determine the effectiveness of reasonable pedagogical conditions for the formation of the emotional-volitional culture of cadets; statistical - for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the obtained empirical data. The results of the research work are planned to be used in the educational process of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.
