The purpose of the work - on the basis of theoretical and methodological research of the problem of psychological training of the personnel of the military units and units for the protection of the public order of the National Guard of Ukraine, to determine the content of the personnel, the negative factors that affect them and the psychological qualities that are needed by the servicemen to overcome them. To develop a program of special psychological training of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine and practical recommendations for its use in measures of psychological support of military service of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine. Research methods are: analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of the received information and its interpretation. The result of the work is: a model and program of special psychological training of military servicemen of military units and units for the protection of public order; practical recommendations on psychological support, organization and conduct of the program of special psychological training of military servicemen of military units and units for the protection of public order of the National Guard of Ukraine.
