Aim of investigation: assistance in Ukraine's successful integration into the European and global communications system, taking into account the world experience of efficient use of radio frequency resource, as well as introduction of the latest radio communication systems in Ukraine. Results: The PМK19-1 Report and the PМK19-2 Report on issues that are dealt with under the WRC-19 agenda, as well as the positions of various international and regional organizations on the agenda items of WRC-19, are also analyzed on the basis of proposals from interested organizations and agencies. Ukraine proposed a draft position of the Administration of Communications and Radio Frequencies of Ukraine on the agenda items of WRC-19. Effectivity: the results of the research will be realized at the time of the WRC-19 concerning the promotion of Ukraine's integration into the European communication system and the world information space in the part of radio-electronic means.
