The object of research - the main arterial vessels of the human body. The subject of research - morphological and kinetic features of the main arteries of patients with circulatory failure. The purpose of the work: to improve and create a model of arterial blood circulation with its insufficiency, taking into account the parameters of the formation of a circular vortex. Methods of research - analytical, clinical, dopplerographic, coronarographic, mathematical modeling, mathematical statistics. Material - 711 Cardiac Surgery Patients with Different Cardiac Impairments. Control group - 38 practically healthy persons, clinically and doplerographically inspected. 208 fragmentation of winding CA with consideration of the cardiac cycle in 55 patients were analyzed. The following working hypotheses have been formed and confirmed: blood in the arterial system moves like a vortex cord; blood in the arterial system moves like a toroidal vortex; Peristalsis-like movement of arterial vessels is an independent or auxiliary mechanism of nonlinear hemodynamics. The results obtained are in accordance with the principles of the theory of "peripheral heart" and its compensatory role in circulatory failure, however, require further study and refinement. For the first time a systematic analysis of the vortex blood flow in the arterial system in the form of a vortex cord and circular vortex was performed. The physiological role of vortex blood flow in the arterial system and the role of mechanisms of vascular regulation in its maintenance have been investigated. Mathematical models of vortex hemodynamics were constructed and its mechanisms in computational experiments were studied. Conditions of formation of reverse reactive current in the aorta after operations of prosthetics of the valves of the heart and coronary artery bypass grafting were studied. It has been scientifically proven that the shape of the aorta and trunk arteries provides a stable process of blood circulation relative to the longitudinal axis of the blood flow, and also significantly affects the regime of mechanical loading of blood vessels, which may be one of the mechanisms of their sclerotic damage. Possible side effects were analyzed with different-directional rotational blood flow, determined by the work of the left ventricle of the heart and the configuration of the spiral-shaped vessels. Patent for invention and patent for utility model have been received. Product Description popup.authors Дідик Ю.А. Косиненко Д.Ю. Кравчук О.О. Лагутін А.Ю. Настено Євген Арнольдович Рисін С.В.
