Methods of research: - the study of the magnitude of microproducts of the crystalline lattice was carried out by X-ray diffraction analysis on a X-ray diffractometer DRON-3; - determination of chemical composition of non-metallic inclusions was carried out by X-ray spectral analysis, on a raster electron microscope REM-100U and by laser microspectroanalysis, on a laser microspectrum analyzer LMA-10. The influence of the shape of the electrode and the linear energy on the micro-distortion of the crystal lattice, the micro-voltage and the density of the dislocations is determined. The influence of the shape of the electrode and running energy on the welding voltages, the microstructure and the fracture resistance of the welded metal is established. Based on the results of the performed researches, an energy-saving technological process of high-speed strengthening and restoration of surfaces of parts from high-carbon steels, on low racing energy, which provides minimal microspanding of the crystal lattice, micro-voltage and dislocation density, microstructure crushing, and increased frictional resistance of the weld metal, has been developed.
