The conditional maximum point of the integrand for the cross section scattering is found under the energy - momentum conservation law. In the vicinity of this point, the integrand is replaced by a Gaussian-type expression, which allows one to numerically calculate the integral. In addition, it is shown that with an increase in collision energy, the values of virtualities decrease for internal lines of multiperipheral diagrams at the conditional maximum point. This decrease determines the increase in the value of the square of the amplitude modulus at the maximum point, which can lead to an increase in the values of the cross sections of inelastic scattering and the total cross section scattering in certain energy intervals.
