In this work thermal decomposition of various types of biofuels under the conditions of a real gaseous environment in the reaction zone and oxygen-enriched is investigated. The study of the kinetic characteristics of thermal decomposition of biomass will allow developing effective methods of high-temperature drying of composite mixtures. The ways of continuation of system studies of the types of activation, which affect the kinetics of thermal decomposition of biofuels, are determined. The kinetic parameters of moisture desorption and non-isothermal decomposition of raw materials are studied. The physical and mathematical model of the dynamics of diffusion-filtration heat and mass transfer, phase changes and shrinkage during dehydration of colloidal capillary-porous materials is developed. The expediency of lengthening the residence time of the liquid on the plates of the column equipment to a point close to the equilibrium state of the phases is practically proved. The expediency of using the method of discrete-pulse input of energy (DPІE) for reducing energy and resource consumption in the process of preliminary preparation of raw materials for hydrolysis in bioethanol production technology is substantiated. The assumption about the expediency of using the DPІE method for the intensification of the heat engineering processes of the re-esterification of vegetable oils and the reduction of energy consumption in the technology of diesel biofuel production is substantiated. The use of the results of work and its development will enable to increase energy efficiency of bioenergy conversion by means of intensification of heat and mass exchange and physico-chemical processes of obtaining biofuels, reducing the thermal and technological parameters necessary for carrying out heat engineering processes.
