Proposed model allows to investigate structural properties of the mentioned simulated samples during heating and to calculate the approximate values of the melting temperatures. Heating process is simulated via Berendsen thermostat algorithm. Simulations of the melting process were performed to calculate atomistic configurations, averaged potential energies and structural parameters such as Lindemann indexes and radial distribution functions for the samples under investigation.
