The tendencies in nontraditional spheres of marketing activity under the conditions of innovative development are explored: application of marketing in sports industry, commercialization of innovation activity, creation and improvement of information technologies, etc. It is proved that Ukrainian football clubs should start using modern marketing tools, improve pricing policy, a set of communication measures and distribution networks, and also introduce into the personnel structure of the club of qualified marketers. The theoretical aspects of the commercialization of innovative products are investigated, its essence and content are outlined, as well as the place of commercialization in the innovation process of the industrial enterprise is determined. It is substantiated that it is expedient for the subject of marketing activity to have a vector of development aimed at developing and introducing into the market fundamentally new technological solutions - products of "breakthrough innovations". The study of the state and analysis of the main disadvantages of the sites of industrial enterprises as innovative communication tools was conducted, and the principles of creating a site for industrial enterprises were proposed.
