It was found, that some of synthesized compounds reveal moderate anti-inflammatory activity. Obtained compounds were studied for anti-exudative activity on carrageenan and formalin models of inflammation. The abovementioned studies allowed to identify the series of high-active agents. Thus, it was shown that 3-(3-R-2,8-dioxo-7,8-dihydro-2H-pyrrolo[1,2-a][1,2,4]triazino[2,3-c]quinazolin-5a(6H)-yl)propanoic acids reveal high anti-inflammatory activity that competes with action of reference compound sodium diclofenac.
