Modern methods of research, namely organic synthesis, chemical, physicochemical methods of analysis (NMR, mass, UV, IR, spectroscopy, potentiometry, chromatography, etc.), biological research, computer modeling of processes are used in work. The search for biologically active compounds was carried out: among 3-substituted 4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-7-quinazoline carboxylic acids using the virtual screening methodology; among 2- (3-R-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl) phenyl (heteryl) amines; among 2- (3-R-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl) phenyl (heteryl) amines; the technology of synthesis of the new medicinal product "Lysine" was developed, the method of determination of technological impurities in the substance of thiotriazolin was developed and improved, quantum-chemical calculations were carried out: mixtures of isoniazid with thiotriazolinum; the substance of the hypertrophy, the choice of auxiliary substances for the purpose of obtaining the tablets of isoniazid with thiotriazolin by the method of wet granulation and the method of direct pressing, the technology of synthesis of substance "Hypertril" was developed, the project of quality control methods (MCQ) was developed: on tablets "Triotiazid", "Hypertril", for the fast-acting control of Triotiazid tablets, Hypertril, Angiolin methods for standardizing tablet pills were developed, optimal methods for standardizing received pills were developed.
