If the initial cover of beech forest occupied 680 thousand hectares, due to the economic use of forest lands, their area decreased by 272 thousand hectares, that is, by 40%, fir forests - by 30%, and spruce forests increased from 393 to 691 thousand hectares, including pure fir-trees in 1,8 times. The investigation of the mechanisms of pathogenic influence of Stem Nematodes Bursaphelenchus mucronatus on the pine tree usual, including the process of infection of the branches of the pine tree and propagation to the tree trunk, continued. On the example of the hygrophilic type of settlement ("Carbonate lowland bogs with Cladium mariscus and species Caricion davallianae"), in different geographical regions, various consequences and potential trends of changes in the parameters of rare species of plants in conditions of climate change, endogenous processes and anthropogenic factors are established. In the Carpathian Highlands, further regression of rare species populations was revealed, which was caused by the consolidation of vegetation and the ascending expansion of highly competitive species, or partial or total drying of habitats as a result of decreasing rainfall during the summer. The structure of the population eliminates the most important of their components - population reproduction locuses with the highest density and vitality of reproductive individuals. On a test plot near Zalivka valley, the disappearance of hydrophilic and hyrohydrophytic species of mosses was noted. However, an increase in the diversity of ecotopes and, accordingly, ecological groups of bryophytes, has been noted, indicating a decrease in percolated areas and bogs' coenoses, and the emergence of mezoserophytes and mezokserofites - the emergence of dry and moderately moist substrates.
