Lashkaryov Institute of semiconductor physics popup.description2 The work is devoted to the development of a method for obtaining multilayer hybrid polymer films with incorporated triple semiconductor compounds (cadmium free) nanocrystals for controlling their luminescence. For what, semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs) CuInS2 and NCs CuInS2 doped with zinc were formed as a result of sol-gel synthesis directly in polymer films obtained by curing a mixture of two oligomers. Multilayer hybrid films received multiple repeated repetitions of the following operations: spin coating on glass substrates of polymeric layers with bound cations Cu2 + and In3 +; solidification of the layer at elevated temperature: treatment of H2S films from the gas phase - as a result of which in situ the synthesis of incorporated semiconductor CuInS2 nanocrystals took place. The influence of the ratio of Cu2 + and In3 + cations in the initial solutions, as well as the number of deposited layers on the shape of the spectral curves and the absorption rate of the hybrid films, was found. It is established that the nature of the PL NCs CuхIn(1-x)S2 is associated with deep impurity states that are formed in the band gap, and the control of the spectral characteristics of NCs CuхIn(1-x)S2 is possible due to the change in the relative content of Cu and In, and by changing the size of the NCs and technological treatments.
