The concentration of 153Sm-oxybifur in the blood of patients with bone metastases during radionuclide therapy was investigated. A difference in the content of 153Sm in the blood of patients with various primary malignant tumors was detected. The activity of 153Sm in the blood of patients on the third day of treatment was within the range of 6.9E-03% - 3.3E-02% relative to the administered dose of the radiopharmaceutical.
