The purpose of the research: to determine the effect of various sources of organic matter and the levels of mineral fertilizer of agricultural crops on the direction of the microbiological processes of carbon and nitrogen transformation. Research methods: microbiological, agrochemical, field, statistical. When fresh organic matter enters the soil in the form of manure, straw, green manure, and their combinations, development of representatives of a number of physiological and trophic groups of microorganisms is optimized; the activity of the nitrogen fixation process increases, the specific loss of gaseous nitrogen decreases. When combining fresh organic matter (straw + lupine siderate) with mineral fertilizers, there is an improvement in the functioning of microorganisms in agrocenoses (the activity of nitrogen fixation is restored, the emission of N2O and CO2 is reduced). Under these conditions, the norms of mineral fertilizers that are excessive by ecological criteria (not exceeding 67 kg / ha of crop rotation area) become environmentally acceptable. When fresh organic matter is introduced into the soil, an increase in the content of available forms of nitrogen (nitrate, ammonium, light hydrolysis) and labile humus is observed (both under the direct action of fertilizers in the year of potato cultivation and during the aftereffect - when spring barley and pea are grown). The use of mineral nitrogen fertilizers with a deficiency of fresh organic matter in the soil leads to its dehumification. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
