Makarenko popup.description2 Within the framework of the study a comprehensive analysis of the innovation component of national security was carried out, the foreign experience of innovation policy was analyzed and mechanisms for ensuring an effective choice of innovation priorities were developed; the strategies of development of priorities of innovative development of Ukraine taking into account requirements of the model of the integrated innovation process were developed. As a result of the study, theoretical and methodological foundations of the theory of the innovation system in the context of the system paradigm of economic development were developed, systemic factors of the balance of the economy were identified, quantitative analysis of their influence were made, the possibilities of regulating systemic stability were determined, and measures of economic policy aimed at ensuring national security were developed.
