Lashkaryov Institute of semiconductor physics popup.description2 For creation of effective SERS substrates, the arrays of disordered gold nanostructures were formed at the first stage of the project. To do this, in a vacuum device on the glass substrates thin layers of gold in thickness from 1 to 12 nm were deposited. The next step in the formation of golden nanostructures was the thermal annealing of deposited films at various temperatures in the range from 100 to 400 ° C with step of 50 ° C in an inert atmosphere. Annealing time ranged from 5 to 25 minutes. As previous morphological studies of the formed nanostructure arrays showed, thermal annealing leads to the transformation of continuous films in the nanoisland, having different shapes, sizes and distances between them. It has been established that the parameters of the nanostructures in a complex manner depend on the effective thickness of the deposited film, temperature and annealing time. It is shown that changing the technological parameters in the process of formation of nanoislands, it is possible to control their optical properties, in particular, the band of plasmon absorption, and adjust its maximum to the wavelength of the exciting laser radiation to realize resonant excitation in it of plasmons.
