Lashkaryov Institute of semiconductor physics popup.description2  The optical, morphological, and Raman studies of the formed on the first stage of the project SERS substrates were carried out. It has been established that by varying the effective thickness of the deposited layer of gold at a constant temperature of the annealing of samples, it is possible to regulate the maximum of the band of plasmonic absorption in the range from 520 to 950 nm in a controlled way. On the other hand, it is shown that the variation of the temperature of the annealing of samples in the range 200-450 ° C with a stable effective thickness of deposited gold can influence the intensity of the band of plasmonic absorption and its half-width, and, accordingly, the efficiency of the Raman amplification. Raman studies on standard organic dyes that were deposited on formed SERS substrates have been shown to be effective, in particular, the enhancement coefficients for R6G and CV dyes are estimated to be 5 × 10 ^ 4 and 10 ^ 5 times, respectively.
