World experience confirms the expediency of creating integrated local intelligent energy supply systems with distributed generation of electric and thermal energy and consumers stimulation for active behavior. The practical implementation of distributed generation systems faces a number of problems, which necessitates the development of a new ideology for the creation and management of these energy supply systems, taking into account both world experience and Ukrainian realities. The purpose of the project is to analyze the process of creation, development and operation of integrated power supply systems and energy hubs in accordance with the Smart Grid provisions in order to increase their safety, reliability and efficiency of operation, and ensure their effective management with active participation of consumers. The project demonstrates how restructuring of energy production with the use of renewable resources and active consumers in the form of microsystems and power hubs will increase their efficiency. As a result of the conducted researches, the methodology and algorithms for optimal energy flows control for an energy hub have been developed. On the basis of the proposed method, the task of consumption patterns optimization is formulated and solved, taking into account the lifetime of the equipment. The proposed algorithm is aimed at determining the optimal structure of microsystems, taking into account both the actual uncertainty of information and the set of technical, economic, environmental and other factors taken into account in the decision-making process. Based on the developed methodology and algorithm, the problem of planning the optimal hour operating modes for components is solved. The obtained results are useful for solving optimization tasks connected with the structure, modes of operation of microsystems and power hubs.
