It was ascertained that defect-free formation of repair welded joints at the replacement of damaged guide vanes is attained by using electron beam welding in a pulsed mode. Results of metallographic evaluation of weld structure of the produced repair joints, as well as of strength tests allows to make a conclusion that developed EBW repair technology provides getting welds with a quite sound structure. The defect-free formation of welded repair joints at the replacement of combustion chamber case labyrinth seal assembly is attained applying welding of interlock joint by horizontal electron beam in horizontal plane. The results of mechanical properties analysis of the combustion chamber case repair welded joints №2 after their local thermal treatment by means electron beam confirmed the availability and efficiency of this method for provision of satisfactory structural strength.
