The methods used to evaluate the quality of cryopreserved semen and predict its fertilizing ability determine the prospects of application and can be used for successful and low-cost cultivation of young people and the formation of a repair-breeding herd of sturgeon species in regulated aquatic environments. The conducted studies on correcting the standard method of cryopreservation of semen of sturgeon species can be recommended both for use in commercial enterprises of commodity growing and in plants for their reproduction.
