The aim of the work – the development and production of a loose and liquid form of a biological preparation, that based on the natural consortium of soil microorganisms with a polyfunctional enzymes complex for modern agrotechnologies, in particular, the transformation of organic substances into a humus substance and the activation of trophic bonds in the "soil-plant" system. Was chosen the homogeneous substrate based of peat as the main component for optimal solid phase cultivation of a consortium of soil microorganisms, which is represented by the species Sporocytophaga mixococcoides, Trichoderma viridae in the ratio 4: 1; Pseudomonas and Вaсillus (P. fluorescens inv., P. putida inv., B. subtilis inv., B. sphaericus inv., В. megaterium inv.) In a ratio of 6: 6: 3: 1: 2 as a result of scientific and technical work. The technological indices of sowing dose of inoculum in amount of 10 wt. % have been set. The qualitative indices of "mother culture" of the consortium of soil microorganisms for cultivation in the substrate on the basis of peat were determined. The technological regulations for the production of a biological preparation of polyfunctional action based on the consortium of natural soil microorganisms in loose and liquid form have been developed. The experimental batches of the biological preparation in loose and liquid form have been producted. An experimental site has been developed for the production of a biopreparate on the basis of a consortium of soil microorganisms (SS of NULES of Ukraine "Velukosnitinske ERF named after O. Muzychenko"). The verification of the effectiveness of the biological preparation based of a soil microorganisms consortium was conducted in the education-research facilities of the NULES of Ukraine in field conditions.
