Methods of research - methods of economic theory, system, resource and process approaches, abstract-logical in the study of economic processes and phenomena, generalizations and comparisons, economics and mathematics. The theoretical and methodical approach to the diagnostics of corporations development is proposed. To analyze the development of the process of managing the effectiveness of the corporation, it is proposed to investigate the deviations, growth rates of key indicators and parameters of the functioning of corporations. The list of most presentable indicators, which confirm quantitative changes in the parameters of production and economic activity, based on absolute indicators, is substantiated. Non-parametric methods for detecting and measuring ties are used to generalize the dynamics of aggregate indices - methods of rank correlation. Based on the chosen methods, the dynamic criterion  the ratio of the growth rates of the key indicators of the operation of the enterprise is determined and grounded. As a result, a matrix of rationale for rational corporate governance strategies and a matrix for substantiating the dynamism of corporations development have been constructed.
