It is shown that the behavior of strongly coupled spin-vortex pairs has a pronounced stochastic character. It is shown that small parametric excitation can increase the switching speed. Experimental and theoretically studied standing spin waves (CX) in triangular dots in a saturated state with an external magnetic field directed perpendicular to the plane of the film.
