 Tests in the earthly terms of cathode-ray cannon with the elements of the combined focusing of bunch and technological experiments of the cathode-ray welding of standards are conducted with the use of the worked out cathode-ray cannon. Technology of the zone melting of metallurgical silicon is worked out for the receipt of optimal structure and electrophysics properties of photo-electric transformers.
