Objective: to deepen the existing understanding of the formations mechanisms of comorbid states in adolescents with rheumatic diseases (RD) on the basis of definition the inflammations factors and fibrosis formation, increased thrombotic formation and osteopenia development, endothelium dysfunction and blood lipid profile disorders. Methods: clinical, instrumental (ECG, X-ray, ultrasound, spirometry, bones densitometry), biochemical (indicators of RD activity, lipid blood spectrum, blood coagulation system, renal function, functional parameters of liver, vitamin D status); immunological (circulating immune complexes, antinuclear antibodies, rheumatoid factor), statistical. Results: the frequency and variants of comorbid conditions in children were determined depending on the duration and activity of RD and the complex of therapy. The features and frequency of violations of blood lipid spectrum and thrombosis in children with RD with consideration of comorbid states were determined. Novelty: for the first time the formation of comorbid pathology in children with RD has been established, it significantly affects the functional capacity of organs and systems and the development of metabolic disorders in the lipid blood spectrum and hemostasis system. The relationship between the formation of comorbid conditions with the severity and duration of the inflammatory process, as well as the term of preservation of immunological activity signs (level of antinuclear antibodies) is proved. To determine the degree of comorbidity an algorithm for quantitative evaluation of changes based on the sum of points obtained in the complex examination of systems and organs, determination of metabolic p Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
