Objective: increase in efficiency of treatment of teenage girls with a hypomenstrual syndrome by differentiated treatment complexes, which are based on clinically-hormonal and psychological features of patients. Methods: clinically-anthropometrical, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, psychological, ultrasonic examination of bodies of a small pelvis, Doppler velocimetry of vessels of a uterus and ovaries, statistical. Results: new complexes of non-hormonal treatment of girls with hypomenstrual syndrome (ultraphonophoresis of vitamin E with niacin, veroshpiron in combination with sedative drugs) considerably increase its efficiency. The adverse factors allocated predictively concerning their remote efficiency are also specified indicators to use of hormonal drugs in the presence of hypomenstrual syndrome, which have teenagers and their efficiency was estimated.Novelty: new complexes of non-hormonal treatment of girls with hypomenstrual syndrome are developed. Disturbance frequency of blood supply of a uterus, which have such girls. Significant adverse factors concerning their unsatisfactory results are defined predictively. It is for the first time established that the efficiency of treatment depends on duration of existence of disorders of menstrual function prior to treatment and psychological features of patients. Indications for use of hormonal drugs are specified and their efficiency is estimated. Effectiveness: the immediate and long-term results of treatment of the developed non-hormonal methods considerably exceed those which were applied earlier.
