Welded joints structure has been investigated by indirect method of cracks initiation in surfactant environment. Failure surfaces have been investigate immediately after the fracture and after etching. Basing on the experimental data and on the analysis of existing physical models the formation mechanism of the welded joints has been refined on supramolecular level; thermal effect on this formation in the welded zone has been investigated.
