According to the results of metallographic studies, tests of the level of mechanical and operational characteristics of the samples obtained, the interconnection of functional properties with structural transformations that occur in the process of technological changes in the material of the samples is established. According to the results of the study of the microstructure of the surfaces after cutting and welds, the concentration dependence of the absolute values of regenerative deformation on the measurement of the memory effect of the form and the study of phase transitions, it was established that the processes occurring in the laser treatment zone affect not only the strength of the compound, but and on the parameters of martensitic transformation. It was established that in the samples after laser welding, the temperature intervals of direct and reverse martensitic transformation increase in comparison with the temperature intervals of the martensitic transformation of the material in the initial state. The area of direct martensitic transformation of welded joints is observed in the temperature range from 45С to 20С. Restoration of the form of welded joints is observed at temperatures in the range of 60-100 ° С. It is established that as a result of laser radiation and subsequent recrystallization of a material in the welded zone, the possibility of restoring the mold material in the body of the seam is maintained, but the characteristic temperatures of the direct and the inverse martensitic transformation increase. The obtained results have a scientific and practical value and will be used in the future for the development of technologies of laser welding and cutting of supra-elastic materials with the memory effect of forms in the manufacture of aortic valve frames, which should be widely impleme Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
