The aim of the scientific work is to develop methodological foundations and directions for providing organic fuel to the energy sector of Ukraine, taking into account the reduction of carbon-containing fuel production caused by changes in the structure of the extractive industries, loss of state control over certain territories of the country, taking into account the fulfillment of the obligations of the European directives to reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide and oxides Nitrogen and dust by thermal power plants. The main methods used in the research process are methods of comparative and comparative analysis of the technologies of using organic fuel in thermal energy, determining dependencies, economic and mathematical modeling of the fuel balance of thermal energy, expert assessments of the conditions of interaction between thermal power plants and fuel industries of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine. The analysis of the current state and production potential of the fuel and energy sectors of the fuel and energy complex was carried out taking into account the structural changes caused by the occupation of part of Ukraine; The structure of technological methods of an economic-mathematical model of interaction between the energy sector and fuel sectors of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine has been formed, taking into account environmental factors and structural changes in the fuel supply system; developed an economic-mathematical model of the interaction of energy with the fuel sectors of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine; test calculations of fuel supply options for thermal energy were performed; balance sheet optimization models were developed for the interaction of the energy sector with the fuel and energy sectors of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine taking into account the environmental standards of European legislation.
