Purpose: to develop methodological bases for the interaction of the UES of Ukraine and heat supply systems to increase the efficiency of its operational and automatic control. Work of the UES of Ukraine is possible only with the availability of system means for ensuring their stability and functioning. The main such tools are Automated Dispatch Control Systems (ADСS) and special control systems, and above all, the System of Automatic Frequency and Power Control (AFPC). Results of work and their novelty. As a result of the performed research the following main results were obtained: the generalized mathematical model of the processes of frequency and power regulation in the nonlinear is developed and thoroughly studied, and in the canonical form with the use of electrothermal regulators; It has been shown that the AFPC systems with Consumer-Regulators (CR) based on Electric Boilers (EB) and Heat Pumps (HP) have a speed of the process of restoration of the initial mode from 25 to 30 seconds; a model of the functioning of the District Heating System (DHS) with EB and HP was created; the developed methods and the received analytical expressions, which allowed to determine the real values of maneuver capacity for each type of DHS typical for Ukraine; in the first approximation formed Еlectric Heat GeneratorsEHG complexes for each regional Power System (PS) of Ukraine and a proposed forecasting plan for their placement in regional DHSs; a generalized mathematical model for regulating the work of the EРG for its integration into the current automated system of ADСS for controlling loadings of the РS was proposed.
