Welding conditions are determined by: impact strength and resistance of the ZTV metal to the brittle fracture at the level of the requirements for the base metal; the durability of the welded joints and their ability to withstand the shear loads are at a level that is 75-80% of the samples made of steel 30HGSN2A. The assembly and welding equipment was manufactured and in the production conditions of the State Enterprise «Zhulian Machine-Building Plant "VIZAR"» the modes of pulsed-arc MIG and TIG welding of the product elements were worked out. The technological instructions for MIG and TIG welding of the case with the elements of the wing attachment and nozzle of the guided missile were prepared.
