Synthesized nanosized powders were used as alloying modifiers to create new titanium and iron alloys with high ballistic characteristics. The technology of electron beam melting of ingots of alloys based on titanium and iron doped with nano-sized SiC and WC powders has been developed. The modes of thermal deformation processing of the obtained armored steels and alloys of light metals are determined and experimental plates are made of these materials.
