This is done by doping materials with rare-earth elements and isovalent impurities, including 3d and 3f-filled electron shells, as well as high-temperature and laser annealing and passivation of the film surface. Films are obtained using vacuum methods (CSVS) and spray-pyrolysis. The structural, optical, photoluminescence and electrical properties of the layers are investigated. It was established the influence of doping as well as physical and technological conditions of deposition on their properties with their optimization. A comparison of the physical properties of films obtained by different methods has been carried out.
