It has been established that the selected combinations of TBL, UIT and LHT significantly improve physical&mechanical properties of 1.5-2 times (including wear resistance) and corrosion (2-4 times) of the characteristics of the investigated surface layers of steel samples and AMG6 alloy. The calculation of the yield stress based on the hardness of HM and the plasticity characteristic showed that the value of the the yield stress more accurency characterizes the fact hardening of the surface than hardness. For the first time, polarization curves were investigated and the potential and current of corrosion of AMG + KK composite layers, obtained by two methods (TVL and UIT) were determined and their advantages and obstacle were determined. The resistance to corrosion of aluminum and steel samples had the positive result under both treatments. It was shown that in the technological optimal chemical composition medium , doubling the speed of the instrument for the TVL allowed to reduce the number of cycles of the tribotreatment of the surface of the railway bearing by 3 times.
