Invasive diseases occur in almost all surveyed farms. In the course of clinical examinations and parasitological studies, lesions of ecto fish and endoparasites were detected. It should be noted that the intensity and intensity of the invasion of the above parasites has increased significantly. Outbreaks of massive invasion were observed, especially with the sharp increase in air and water temperature. There is a deterioration of the epizootic situation in fish in the reservoirs of the Dnipro cascade. In the autumn period, a significant distribution of lymphosarcomatosis in pike was recorded. Extensiveness of the defeat was 20-30%. In the Kremenchug reservoir, fish with tumors were found, in particular, bream, pike and pike perch, but with a relatively small frequency. Researches have been carried out in cooperation with the staff of the Laboratory of Biotechnology in Fish Farming on the application of PCR methods in the diagnosis of infectious and invasive fish pathogens.
