As a structuring component, sodium silicate, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), bistretoxysililetane (BTEEE) and bistretoxysilylbenzene (BTEESB) were used. The creation of a bifunctional surface layer was provided by: a) introducing into the surface layer of methyl or phenyl groups; b) the use of bisilanes, allowing to integrate the organic component (ethylene or phenylene bridge) into the structure of the silicon carcass; c) by post synthesis of phosphorus-containing samples with acid.
