Producers were assessed using molecular genetic markers, determining the level of genetic variability and evaluating the influence of individual factors on the frequency of various cytogenetic indicators. The features of the genetic structure, the level of genetic variability, the composition of genotypes, the degree of internal population differentiation of the Ukrainian carp Antoninsko-zozulinetskiy massif were determined. An analysis of the diversity of the genotypes of the studied populations made it possible to identify, by the transferrin locus, specific genotypes and the absence of some of the theoretically expected, namely TF AB, BB and AC1. The TF AC1 and C1C2 genotypes were specific for the ravimachs of carps, while the scaly TF C1C1 genotypes were specific, and the TF C1C2 genotypes for scaly carps from the Old Blue fish site, for the scaly C1P2 genotypes, for the scaly C1P2, the specific genotypes were TF C1C2; and AC2. It was established that in three groups of ramchasty carp, the high level of EM was characterized by the carps of the "Medzhybizh" fish site (5.9 ± 0.5). This phenomenon can be explained by the unresolved metabolic processes in animals, which led to the implementation of a significant number of mutations and may possibly indicate inflammatory processes in animals.
