Nanocomposites were tested for photodynamic antitumor therapy. It was shown that synthesized nanocomposites were stable in time, a size of gold nanoparticleswas about 10-20 nm. The optimal mass ratio of chlorine e6 and nanogold in nanocomposites when all chlorine e6 was encapsulated into polymer matrix was established. Nanocomposites were tested in vitro on the cell line of human T-lymphocytes MT-4 and for photodynamic therapy. In experiments in vivo on mices with lung carcinoma Lewis the efficiency of novel nanocomposites for fluorescence diagnostics (visualization) of tumors and for determination of tumor boundary were shown. It was demonstrated that nanocomposite with photosensitizer reviled higher antitumor and antimetastatic activity than free chlorine e6 at the same concentration.
