According to spectrum variability, the genetic structure of the current trout is characterized by heterogeneity, indicating the presence in the gene pool of different alleles of the individual genes simultaneously. In a polymorphic state there are 100% of analyzed loci. It has been established that for the Carpathian region the studied population is characterized by a high level of genetic variability. The highest level of actual heterozygosity was recorded for the Str-15 locus (62.4%), and the lowest for the Str-60 locus (50%). The value of actual heterozygosity for all microsatellite loci was close to the expected. The effective number of alleles in the sample sample varied from 2.5 (Str-15) to 1.9 (Str-60). The average effective number of alleles per locus was 2.27. The calculation of the index of inbreeding F of individuals relative to the population showed a slight excess of heterozygotes in all loci (F = -0.04).
