Such increased excitability of neuronal networks in the dorsal horn in general and in projection neurons of lamina I in particular can provide a significant contribution to the development of hyperalgesia related to chronic inflammatory states and to facilitation of generation of pain-related emotions. It has been shown that nucleoids obtained from the neurons display the kinetics of DNA exit that is typical for cells with high transcriptional activity. The DNA loops were approximately three-times decreased in neurons obtained from rats with peripheral inflammation. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
