The fluctuation model of the contact bond break in carbyne-graphene nanoelement is developed, and, on this basis, an approach to prediction of the life-time (operating time) of carbyne nanoconductors is proposed. According to the results of DFT-calculations, the regularities of atomic re-arrangements during deformation and failure of carbyne-graphene nanoelement are ascertained. The existence of a band gap for equilibrium states of atoms in a deformed carbyne-graphene nanoelement is predicted. It is shown that this is a key feature of the behaviour of carbyne-based nanoelements under the effect of mechanical stresses, and it has a decisive influence on the life-time of carbyne-graphene nanodevices. In general, the life-time of carbyne-graphene nanoelements is quite sufficient for their practical use at temperatures not exceeding 1000K.
