The subject of the research is the structure and dynamics of the mass consciousness of the residents of front-line zone in the Donbas. The purpose of the research is the creation of new research tools and techniques that would make it possible to measure reliably the fluctuations of the mass consciousness in the front-line zone in the Donbas. Research methods: theoretical: the theories of the Second Modernity and world-system analysis, the theory of the network society, etc were used.; empirical: standardized interview adapted for “trust groups”, information panel. The novelty of results is in the fact that for the first time the concept of modern non-conventional wars is grounded and developed as a manifestation of bourgeois Blanquism. The degree of implementation is due to the situation in the frontline zone of Donbas and the situation in modern domestic science, which studies social processes in conditions of an unconventional war. Recommendations for the use of the results: information work in the front-line zone can be successfully provided by taking into consideration the movement of mass consciousness in networks that have a dual nature (off-line and online) and deconstruction the memeplexes. Scope: information activities of state structures, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the subjects of territorial communities of the front-line territories of Donbas. Economic efficiency: achieving the goal of countering manipulative influences from the Russian Federation, “L / DNR”. The significance of the work lies in achieving the goal of creating methods for obtaining primary sociological information in conditions of acute public crises and wars.
