The analysis of technological and technical solutions for the planting and excavation of the miscanthus is carried out. Proposals for the modernization of the potato plant for the cultivation of the Miscanthus varieties were developed: spoons for potato tubers were replaced by a mechanism with special spoons for the planting of varieties of mycanthus and their parts in the length of 50-60 mm. A check of mechanized drifting of miscellaneous Miscanthus with a modernized saddle machine has been performed. Recommendations on re-equipment of potatoes for the planting of miscanthus varieties have been developed. Proposals for the modernization of a potato digger for the digestion of rhizomes of the miskantus have been developed. The mechanized excavation of the rhizomes of the miscanthus with a modernized potato digger was performed. Recommendations on the formation of a complex of machines for mechanized cultivation of miskanthus on propagation plantations have been developed. The scope of application is agricultural machine-building and agro-industrial enterprises engaged in the cultivation of bioenergy crops.
