Conditions of induction of ?-Lac-SPA synthesis in Escherichia coli, which ensured its accumulation in a soluble form have been determined. The fusion protein ?-Lac-SPA, after isolation and purification, has been tested for the detection of immune complexes in different types of immunoassay and Western Blot.
