It was determined that the catalyst with an atomic ratio of components B: P: W: V = 3: 1: 0.18: 0.12 is optimal for the best yield and selectivity. It was found that the most effective for the synthesis of acrylic acid and methyl acrylate by aldol and oxidative condensation reactions is B2O3-P2O5-WO3-V2O5 / SiO2 catalyst with a predominant pore size within the range of 11.1 - 14.8 nm. Using of developed catalysts in the process of aldol condensation of acetic acid with formaldehyde allows the production of acrylic acid with a 93.2% selectivity and one pass yield 67.6%. Application of the developed catalysts in the process of acrylic acid and methyl acrylate production by oxidizing condensation of methanol with acetic acid allows to obtain acrylates with one pass total yield 54.7% at 80.1% selectivity. Determining of optimal parameters of the porous structure of solid catalysts is a simple and effective tool for increasing their efficiency and controlling the selectivity of the reactions (the ratio of the target products).  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
