The purpose of research is to improve the diagnosis of dermatomycosis in animals, to investigate their etiological structure, to determine the effective scheme of treatment of patients with trichophytic, microsporia and malassezia. Used research methods were clinical, epizootological, bacterioscopic, bacteriological, and statistical. The significance of the obtained results is to determine the prevalence of dermatomycosis in different species of animals, the characteristics of the circumstances affecting their occurrence and flow. The sensitivity of epizootic strains of triggers of trichophytosis, microsporia and malassezia to drugs is studied. Characterized by the features of the course of skin diseases due to malassezia-bacterial associations. The method of evaluating the virulence of the strains of pathogens of dermatomycoses in animals was determined and substantiated by determining the infectious dose of them - ID50. Diagnosis of dermatomycosis is improved: a portable set for UV irradiation is proposed, which allows to optimize in the field conditions the method of selection of materials for laboratory research, to control the efficiency of application of means in the process of treatment of patients with microsporia of animals; the Yatele method is adapted to determine the virulence of dermatomyces strains on models of various types of laboratory animals (mice, rats, guinea pigs, puppys, kittens, rabbits). The effective schemes of treatment of patients with dermatomycosis of animals based on the use of etiotropic and pathogenetic agents are suggested. The field of application is veterinary medicine Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
