The purpose of the study is the implementation of a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the monetary valuation of lands at the present stage of development of Ukraine, the improvement of its scientific and methodological foundations and methodologies using market valuation methods. The research methods - the theoretical and methodological basis of the research are the fundamental works of leading foreign and domestic researchers in the field of land valuation and other real estate, international valuation standards, legislative acts of Ukraine governing relations in the field of land valuation. In the process of research, the whole complex of general scientific methods and techniques was used, namely: analysis and synthesis (when conducting a study of the ecological and economic prerequisites of mass land assessment in Ukraine), generalization (when studying the technological features of land assessment under agricultural land using mass assessment methods) deduction, induction, analogy (with careful assessment of the Swedish experience of conducting mass land assessment and the prospects for using its conceptual foundations in Ukraine), modeling and other s, and also tabular and graphical information display methods, and others. The value of these results is theoretical substantiation of methodological aspects of formation evaluation lands in Ukraine mass estimation methods.
