The purpose of the work is the creation of highly effective biologics for the regulation of the number of phytoparasitic nematodes and insect pests. Methods of research - microbiological, non-pathological, entomological, biotechnological, biochemical, and statistical. Biotechnological methods for the creation and production of biopreparations are developed. Cultures of cultivators of the genus Streptomyces in laboratory conditions have been conducted. The parameters of the production cycle are defined for obtaining the target product - microbial metabolites, which are the basis of biological preparations. 4 composite biological preparations based on soil metabolites of biotest and immunoprotective properties were created. The test of the product obtained in crop production was carried out on vegetables (cucumber, potatoes), berries (strawberries), fruit (apple), flower-decorative (coleus, boxwood) and field (winter rape) crops.
