The obtained results are characterized by scientific and practical significance due to the development of tools for modeling and anticipation the workforce e demand and supply, the occupational and qualification matrix of the workforce, approaches to taking into account data on labor migration and "big" data, methodological and information support oriented for implementation. Possibility of forming modern information support for decision-making in the development of policy in the areas of national and regional labor markets regulation, vocational training and retraining, formation of the state order in the system of vocational education, assessment of the potential consequences of reforms in the specified areas is provided. The developed approaches was approbated using real data sets existing in Ukraine in the field of information provision of the labor market, assessment of labor migration, macroeconomic and demographic forecasting.
